We can restore your computer to its factory specifications, you can drop it off with the discs that it came with it or, we can come to you. Our tech will teach you how to restore your system to factory specs. Feel free to ask questions while our tech is showing you how to restore your computer to its original factory specs. Your computer will run like the day you got it. (owner must have the factory restore disc) There is a diagnostic fee of $30.00 for diagnosing all computers. If you want Cincy Tek to make the repair after you receive an estimated cost for the repair, Cincy Tek will apply the Diagnostic Fee to the labor cost (only) of your repair. You have 14 days after your computer has been diagnosed or fixed to pick it up. If you do not pick your computer up in 14 days there will be a $2.00 per day storage fee added to your bill. Any computer left over 60 day will become the property of Cincy Tek. In most cases computer problems are software related, and can be fixed without any hardware replacements. In the rare case you need hardware, Cincy Tek carries in our mobile repair unit, field replaceable hardware to insure a quick repair. We carry flash drives, external CD burner and a USB Hard Drive to back up your files on. We will back-up all your personal files that you want to keep (if it is possible) before our tech make any software repairs if you wish.This way you can have a hard copy of your data. If our tech make a CD of your data, they will give you the disc to keep or destroy. Remember if you want your computer repaired fast and at a reasonable price, call Cincy Tek. We do not except any computer shipments from outside the U.S. We can repair your CDs, DVDs, game discs that are scratched or skipping. We can professionally repair most scratches (minor to deep), bringing discs back to their optimal condition. We can repair CDs (data, audio, CD-R, CD-RW) DVDs (video, data DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RAM ) All Games (DVD or CD-style game disc including Sony Play Station, Microsoft Xbox, Nintendo GameCube and Sega Dreamcast) & 8cm discs. Do you need your computer's restore disc fixed? It could cost you up to $200.00 to repalce. This service is a flat fee of $ 9.99 per disc. (there is a on-site charge that is not included) There is a one hour minimum labor charge for any repairs. All on-site calls have a $1.25 per mile service charge. We use map quest for mileage. Cincy Tek's Warranty Information: Cincy Tek offers a one-year limited warranty (from date of Installation) on all hardware used by Cincy Tek unless otherwise stated before the installation of the hardware. Or entire computer if Cincy Tek supplies parts and builds a custom computer for you. If any hardware is installed onsite there will be no service charge if hardware fails due to normal use. The owner will be responsible for all shipping charges of any computer shipped to Cincy Tek for repairs. What Cincy Tek's warranty will not cover. 1. Water Damage 2. Lightning Strikes 3.
