If used add $3.00 Service Call Fees: I charge $1.25 per mile to any location, this will also covers the return service call in the rare case that we have to make the repairs in our repair center. I have a one hour minimum labor charge of $20.00 for all service calls. With our senior discount, all non-business persons 55 or older will recieve 10% off on labor and computer classes. Custom Built Computers: A custom built computer is your best way to go, better parts equals a better computer. Most companies compete with each other to see who can build their computers the cheapest . This is fine for about 80 to 85 percent of the computer users. But if you are looking for a good top of the line computer, you have to have it custom built. It takes about three to four hours to assemble, load the OS and drivers. Call us to see what a custom computer designed especially for your needs will cost. Price quotes are good for 15 days only. There is a no refund or return policy for custom built computers or special ordered hardware. Restore Computer Back To Factory Specifications: The average time needed is about 2 to 3 hours for  the factory software. Backing up your files, e-mail, address books, photos before the system is wiped clean and restored require more time. After it has been restored, setting up Internet, e-mail, printers, scanners, cameras, networks, firewalls, anti virus programs, and  loading  other software require more time. The more you can do for yourself the more money you will save. We encourage you to learn how to partition & format a hard-drive, install windows & your computer's hardware drivers. Feel free to ask questions and take notes. Diagnostic Fee: $30.00 fee for diagnosing your computers problem only if you decide not to make the repair or if you don't want Cincy Tek to make the repair. Custom Written Software: $100.00 per hour ( One Hour Minimum ) Hardware & Software Repairs: $20.00 per hour ( One Hour Minimum ) the Senior Discounted Rate is $18.00 per hour After Normal Hours Mon - Fri After 7:00 pm & Sat After 5:00 pm all day Sunday: $30.00 per hour ( One Hour Minimum ) the Senior Discounted Rate is $27.00 per hour Computer Training: $20.00 per hour ( One Hour Minimum ) value packages are available for onsite training add $1.25 per mile per day.Our Senior Discounted Rate is $18.00 per hour Graphic Design: $20.00 per hour ( 1/4 Hour Minimum ) Disc Repairs: Resurface disc to remove scratches $ 9.99 per disc. Photo Slide-show VCD's or DVD's : VCD or SVCD $10.95, Basic DVD for $14.95 Deluxe DVD for $18.95 (DVD-R or DVD+R) ( Up to 75 photo files, Ten cents extra per photo each photo over 75) Transfer Video Tapes (Beta or VHS) to DVD: Up to 2 hours with no editing $29.95 & 25¢ a minute for additional minute over 120 minutes. Small jobs are welcome the rate is $0.50 per minute with a $15.00 minimum charge. Video Editing: We will cut out anything you don't want on your DVD, we will add the title you want and text were you want, make a custom menu $35.00 per hour Scanning photos: $49.95 up to 50 photos ( with no editing ) and $0.75 for each additional photo over fifty, this  includes  the  cost  of  creating your DVD, VCD or SVCD. If you mail us your photo to be scanned there is a shipping charge $6.90 per pound to return photos. Cincy Tek's Warranty Information: Cincy Tek offers a one-year limited warranty (from date of Installation) on all hardware used by Cincy Tek unless otherwise stated before the installation. The entire computer has a one year warranty if Cincy Tek supplies the parts for you. If any hardware installed by Cincy Tek fails there will be no service charge if the failure is due to normal use and not misuse. What Cincy Tek's warranty does not cover. 1. Water Damage 2. Lightning Strikes 3. Power Surges 4. Damage Due To Misuse 5. Software Conflicts 6. Loss of Data Warranty will be void if anyone other than a Cincy Tek's technician works on any hardware that was installed by Cincy Tek. We do not ship outside the U.S. nor do we except shipments from outside the U.S. After the minimum service time has expired, we will charged by the 1/10 hour. All service and all training calls have a $1.25 per mile on-site service charge. We use Map Quest to determine your onsite service charge. All replaced hardware carries a one year limited warranty. Cincy Tek's Senior Discount program is only for non-business persons 55 years old and older.

There is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.
